Delivery & Returns
We only can accept item that has not been used with its original unopened packaging as it was sold. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges at their expense. For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 2 days and we will either
replace or refund the item subject to confirming that the item is faulty. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. (15% + 60p per transaction) will deduct from the refund unless the reason for return was due to a mistake on our part. In such a case
